What We Look For

We value people who:
- Have trade qualifications in welding or fabrication
- Work to AS/NZS 1554 welding standards
- Can interpret workshop drawings and fabrication plans
- Operate safely, professionally, and with attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and contribute to a team environment
Positions We Commonly Recruit For
Boilermakers & Fabricators
Workshop-based fabrication for structural steel, chutes, guarding, and more. Must be able to read drawings and maintain quality output.
Mobile Welders
On-site welding, including structural modifications, pipework, and shutdown support. Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding preferred.
Apprentices & Trainees
For the right candidate, we occasionally offer entry-level roles with hands-on mentoring and exposure to real-world fabrication jobs.
